Keeley Brown

18U Premier Head Coach

After taking a year off to finish her MBA, Keeley rejoins the RoughRiders as the 18U Premier Head Coach. Keeley spent a few seasons working in the Sports Information Department at Colorado State, primarily focusing on their volleyball program. She started her coaching career in 2011 and has coached with various programs throughout Northern Colorado. Keeley believes in developing athletes as a whole, who are able to use their experiences in the gym to their advantage in life. She is looking forward to a positive, competitive season with the RoughRiders.

Henry Lindstrom

18U Premier Assistant Coach

Henry graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2020. At CU, Henry was the President and starting outside hitter on the CU Men’s club volleyball team. Henry is from Chicago where he grew up playing indoor and beach volleyball and has continued to play for the last 12 years. Henry loves being around the sport and encouraging young athletes to develop their volleyball skills.

Jill Schneggenburger

17U Premier Head Coach

Jill Schneggenburger grew up in Tustin, California playing high level volleyball since she was 12. Jill always played up on her club teams and was on an 18s team since she was 15. She committed to the University of Colorado when she was a sophomore in high school. This will be her 5th year coaching at RoughRiders Volleyball Club and cannot wait to help females find love and passion for their sport.

17U Premier Assistant Coach

Taylor graduated from CU Boulder in 2021 where she played club volleyball for the Buffs. During college, she coached a women’s high school varsity team and after graduating, Taylor became an assistant coach for the men’s club volleyball team at CU Boulder. Taylor grew up in Colorado and has played volleyball for over 14 years. She is passionate about the sport and enjoys creating a fun and competitive environment for young athletes.

Savannah Wiegand

16U Premier Assistant Coach

This is Savannah’s fourth year coaching with Rough Riders. She graduated in 2021 from CU Boulder with a degree in Neuroscience and Creative Technology & Design. Originally from Austin, Texas, she grew up playing both club and school volleyball for all of middle and high school. Savannah played at AVA for club where her team competed out of state and at national tournaments each year, then at Lake Travis High School where the team made playoff runs in the highest division in Texas each year. At CU she has been part of the CU Women’s Club Volleyball program since her freshman year, also being coached by Ryan Glavor there for a year.

Claudia Porricelli

16U Elite Head Coach

Claudia Porricelli joins the RoughRiders for a fouth season. This is her second year as a head coach. Growing up in the Denver area, Claudia attended Mountain Range High School and graduated in 2018, where she was a varsity right side blocker all four years. Claudia broke the program's record for aces and blocks in one season her junior year, and broke her record her senior year. She was recognized for Honorable Mention her sophomore and junior years, and second team all conference her senior year. Claudia played for Ballistic VBC for six seasons as a middle blocker.
Claudia graduated from Colorado State University in December of 2021 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She played one season with the ram's women's club team as a middle where they competed in regional and out-of-state tournaments. Coach Claudia is thrilled to stay in touch with the game as a coach and share her knowledge, experience, and love for volleyball with the RoughRiders.

Bailey Allwine

16U Elite Assistant Coach

This is Bailey's 2nd year coaching with RoughRiders for the 16U Elite team. She grew up in Thornton, constantly surrounded by volleyball. She graduated from Mountain Range High School in 2018 and played varsity volleyball throughout her time in high school. She made Honorable Mention two years of her high school career. Bailey also played four years at Ballistic VBC for the top traveling team three out of the four years as a libero. She attended Colorado Mesa University studying nursing, now pursuing a career in elementary school education. Bailey is excited to continue her coaching career with RoughRiders Volleyball.

Allison Kunz

16U Elite Assistant Coach

Allison graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in upstate NY with a degree in graphic design. She has played volleyball for the past 14 years and has continued to play in leagues with her friends. This is Allison’s second year of coaching club volleyball and her main goals are to develop her athlete’s skills, be a support system and make sure everyone on the team is falling more in love with the sport. She is excited to be a part of the RoughRiders community.

Ryan Glavor

15U Premier Head Coach + Director of Coaching

Ryan Glavor joins RoughRiders Volleyball as our Director of Coaching and Club Development, plus our 15U Premier Head Coach. A native of Maui, Hawaii, Glavor has been playing and studying volleyball for over 14 years. Glavor played collegiate volleyball for the University of Colorado Men’s Club program playing both Libero and Setter. Glavor began his coaching career as a high school player on Maui aiding multiple volleyball clubs with camps and clinics. In 2013 Glavor became the Technical Coordinator for the University of Colorado, Boulder Varsity program where he was in charge of all statistical and video analysis. He took on his own club team in 2014 with the former TCA Colorado program. Glavor then moved over to BAC Volleyball Club for 2015. Also in 2015 Glavor served as the first assistant for the women’s collegiate club program at CU Boulder.

During the 2016 season, Glavor helped the Buffs reach a top 10 ranking nationally finishing 7th at the NCVF National Collegiate Tournament. In the fall of 2016, Glavor took over as the Head Coach of the men’s club program at CU. He spent two years as the head coach before taking over the women’s club program for the 2018 season.

Gabie Dibb

15U Premier Assistant Coach

Gabie has been involved in the volleyball world since a young age. Growing up in Southern California, volleyball was a part of the lifestyle. She began playing when she was 8 years old, playing both school and club. Gabie played varsity volleyball in high school at Mater Dei in Santa Ana, California. During that time, the Monarchs went to two CIF and State Championships. Gabie also played for T-Street Volleyball Club. After graduating Mater Dei, she went on to play club volleyball at the University of Colorado Boulder. She played all four years of college, being coached by our own Ryan Glavor, for two of those years. Gabie has been coaching since graduating college. This is her fifth year at RoughRiders. Gabie loves the game of volleyball and is excited to continue passing her knowledge and love of the game onto others.

Lily played competitive volleyball for twelve years. She played outside along with DS and has a huge passion for volleyball. Lily played four years at Windsor High school and Club One volleyball club. Last year Lily played on the 18 premier team for the RoughRiders. This is her second year coaching at RoughRiders. She is so excited to teach the game she loves to the next generation of volleyball athletes!

Sidney Croteau

14U Premier Assistant Coach

Sidney Croteau is 18 years old from Greeley, Colorado. She was a setter for University High School until senior year, due to injury, she managed the state winning volleyball team. She played for ClubOne in Windsor, Colorado for four years and recently finished her club career with the RoughRiders 18’s Premiere Team. This is her second year coaching and she is more than excited to be back in the RoughRiders gym!

Enrico

Enrico Lucon

14U Elite Head Coach

Originally from Milan (Italy), Enrico began coaching in 2008, while living in Belgium. After moving to the US in 2010, he started coaching for the Boulder Rec Center, the City and County of Broomfield, and since 2013, for the YMCA of Northern Colorado. His first competitive season was the 2010 Gold Crown Middle School League, which was followed by 12 additional Gold Crown seasons. The first club coaching experience was in 2012-2013 (Sunshine Colorado), then TCA (2013-2014), No Limits (2014-2018), Ballistic (2018-2019), and now with the RoughRiders, adding up to 12 club seasons, always with teams between U13-U15. During fall 2022, he also started coaching high school (Monarch High School). Other noteworthy coaching experiences: USA Volleyball High Performance Tryouts in Denver (2013-2021) and Pat Powers’ Summer Volleyball Camps (2015-2022). As a coach, Enrico’s main goal is making kids fall in love with the sport of volleyball.

Kacey Neal

14U Elite Assistant Coach

Kacey grew up in the Denver Metro area playing volleyball, where she played for The Edge Volleyball and Jeffco Performance club teams as a setter/right side. She graduated for Colorado State University in May of 2021, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fish, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology. During college, she played for the CSU Club team for a few seasons. This is her second year coaching at RoughRiders, and is the assistant coach for the 14U Elite team. Kacey is excited to share her love and knowledge of the game with future RoughRiders.

Annie Doman

13U Head Coach

Annie Doman currently works at Total Package Hockey in Superior, Colorado as the Head of Academics mentoring 6th-12th graders. Prior to this she worked in many roles in higher education. She was the Assistant Director in Admissions at The College of St. Benedict & St. John's University and also the Career Development Coordinator at Macalester College. She served seven years as the head volleyball coach at Macalester College and prior to that five years as the head coach at Carroll University. In her first season at Carroll, she rebuilt a last-place team and guided the Pioneers to conference and conference tournament championships two years in a row, which was the program’s first-ever berth in the NCAA playoffs. She was selected by her peers as Midwest Conference Coach of the Year following these two seasons. At Carroll, she was also the Senior Woman Administrator and the Director of Recreation.

Doman was the starting setter at NCAA Division I Austin Peay State (Tenn.) for four seasons and graduated cum laude in 2001 with a degree in special education. She was team captain as a junior and senior and finished with 4,885 career assists. Doman finished as the school’s all-time leader in assists and in her senior season, she led the NCAA with eight triple-doubles and was named honorable mention All-Ohio Valley Conference. While completing her Master of Science degree in physical education and exercise and sport science at the University of Central Missouri, she was also the graduate assistant for the volleyball program.

Becky Buschke

13U Assistant Coach

Becky is originally from the Midwest and works in the Engineering, Design and Society department at Colorado School of Mines. She joined the Rough Riders coaching staff in 2023 and brings many years of competitive playing experience to coaching. As a setter, Becky was awarded All-conference and helped lead her high school team to win two state championships. Losing only one match in her varsity career, her team earned a ranking of 10th in the nation. Becky played club volleyball for 7 years, predominately with Milwaukee Sting Volleyball Club and one season for the University of Wisconsin Women’s Club team. Becky was an assistant coach in 2023 at Golden High School and has coached at Bell Middle School the past 3 years. She has always embodied a mentality to be leader on the court and play with finesse, intensity and strategy. Having a big love for game of volleyball, she hopes to not only to progress skills and mental focus in the players she coaches but also instill that love for game.

Taylor Deprosse

Taylor joins the RoughRiders coaching staff after finishing her collegiate volleyball career at the University of Colorado. She competed for the Buffs for four years as a Libero and Defensive Specialist while she received a degree in Integrative Physiology and a Business Minor. Having coached numerous camps and clinics, her passion for volleyball, along with her knowledge of the game, work ethic, and positivity, are contagious. During her time at CU, she was a member of the Pac-12 Leadership Committee and served as the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee president, which allowed her to advocate for student-athletes and make positive changes in both the athletic department and Pac-12 conference. She is a two-time recipient of the prestigious Byron R. White Leadership and Initiative Award as well as the Heart of the Buff Award. After graduation, Taylor decided to pursue her dream of becoming a real estate agent and now calls Denver home.

Tim Atwood, Colorado RoughRiders Voleeyball Trainer

Tim Atwood

Tim Atwood joins the Rough Rider Volleyball Club with 7 years of experience training youth, high school, and collegiate athletes of all sports. He is a registered strength and conditioning coach and a certified strength and conditioning coach with the national strength and conditioning association. He is also a USA weightlifting coach. Tim received his bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University in 2013 and has been working with athletes ever since. Tim's predominant focus is to build strength and conditioning programs for jump and land sports like volleyball and basketball. He believes that prehabilitation is key to reducing the likelihood of acl tears and lower extremity injuries. For athletes that have had a major injury Tim specializes in phase 4 rehabilitation to return to sport. Tim is passionate in helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the court.
