All items in our apparel stores are made-to-order. This means we select Under Armour products that are in stock and are in high demand. When the store closes, we submit all customer orders at one time. UACS places the order, decorates the item based on the specific logo chosen by the customer, and sends them back to us for fulfillment.

Shipping can take anywhere between 3-5 weeks depending on the time of the year. This processing time includes: ordering from UA, shipping from UA to our decorators, decoration time, and finally delivery to us where we pack and ship each order out to the customer. During holidays, or high-demand times (like the beginning of a sports’ season), delivery can take longer. Please make note that the start time doesn’t begin until the store closes. If you placed an order on day 1 of the store, it may seem like your order is taking longer.

Since items are each made-to-order, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds. If there is a quality issue with an item, we will reach out to Under Armour to see if it qualifies for a replacement. If you have any concerns with your apparel order, please email the Operations Team at operations@ridertownusa.com.

Once your apparel has been decorated and received by our team, we pack your apparel and input the shipping information into your customer profile. From there, OrderMyGear will send you an email with your tracking number and an additional email once your order is delivered.
